MEET OUR TEAM
Dr. Sachin Dhingra
Been caring for children and their families for more than 15 years. He attended medical school at the University College of Medical Sciences in New Delhi, India, and completed his pediatric residency at Metropolitan Hospital Center, affiliated with New York Medical College, in New York City.
In 2014, Dr. Dhingra founded Pediatric Health Associates with a vision of creating a welcoming practice where children feel comfortable and families feel heard, supported, and confident in the care their children receive.
One of Dr. Dhingra’s favorite parts of being a pediatrician is connecting with his young patients. He enjoys talking and joking with kids, getting to know their personalities, and helping them feel comfortable during their visits. He also enjoys teaching and mentoring the next generation of healthcare professionals and regularly works with students from UConn and the University of Saint Joseph.
Outside the office, Dr. Dhingra enjoys traveling, playing golf, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
Cara Sagnella
Originally from Connecticut, Cara earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science Studies from Quinnipiac University. Following her undergraduate education, she spent two years working as a Certified Nursing Assistant while preparing to pursue her career as a Physician Associate.
In 2023, Cara began her Master’s program in Physician Assistant Studies and graduated with her Master’s degree in 2025. During her clinical year, she had the opportunity to work alongside Dr. Dhingra for five weeks as a student, an experience that ultimately led her to begin her career at Pediatric Health Associates. She is a board-certified Physician Associate with a longstanding passion for caring for children and their families.
Outside of the office, Cara enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing with her Australian Shepherd, Brew, traveling, and reading psychological thrillers. She also loves watching reality TV and starting her mornings with an ice coffee and a Pilates class!

Natasha Daniels
A board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience providing compassionate, patient-centered care to children and families. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Saint Joseph and has experience in pediatric primary care, critical care, trauma, and oncology nursing.
Natasha is passionate about building trusting relationships with patients and families and providing personalized, comprehensive care. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, especially traveling and creating meaningful family memories together.

Emily Molina
A dedicated Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with a passion for providing compassionate, family-centered care to children and their families. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Connecticut and went on to pursue her doctoral degree at Boston College.
Outside of her professional career, Emily enjoys staying active through running and participating in marathons. Running has become both a personal passion and a way for her to challenge herself, set new goals, and connect with others. She also loves to travel and explore new places, cultures, and experiences whenever she has the opportunity.
